Glass fiber geogrid construction method:

1. Construction site: it is required to be compacted and level, in a horizontal shape, and to remove spikes and protrusions.
2. Grid laying: on the flat and compacted site, the main stress direction (longitudinal) of the installed grid should be perpendicular to the axis direction of the embankment. The laying should be smooth, without wrinkles and as far as possible tensioned. The main stress direction of the laid grid is the through-length without joint. The connection between the width and width can be manually bound and overlapped with the overlapped width not less than 10cm. If the grid is more than two layers, the gap between the layers should be staggered. After large area laid, want whole to adjust its flatness. 3.Selection of packing: Packing shall be selected according to design requirements. It has been proved in practice that it can be used as filler except frozen soil, marsh soil, household garbage, chalk soil and diatomite. However, the mechanical properties of gravel soil and sand soil are stable and have little influence on water content. The particle size of packing shall not be greater than 15cm, and pay attention to control the packing grade to ensure the compaction weight.
4. packing paving and compaction: when the grid laying and positioning, should be filled in time to cover, exposed time should not exceed 48 hours, can also take the laying side backfilling flow method. First spread the filler at both ends, hold the grille in place, and then push it to the middle. The order of rolling is first two sides and then the middle. During rolling, the roller cannot contact with the reinforcement directly. Vehicles are generally not allowed to travel on the uncompacted reinforcement body to avoid dislocation of the reinforcement. The degree of stratification compaction is 20-30cm. The degree of compaction must meet the design requirements, which is also the key to the success of reinforced soil engineering.
5.Prevention and drainage measures: In reinforced soil engineering, drainage treatment must be done inside and outside the wall; To do a good job of foot protection, anti erosion; Filtration and drainage measures shall be set up in the soil body, and geotextile shall be set up when necessary.
